V MAGAZINE
In attempt to delve myself further into the fashion world I purchased the 100th issue (mostly because of Britney).
I'm currently waiting for it to arrive in the post, but I plan on critically analysing some of the design, layout and photography work within the spread.
I'm going to investigate into the grids (if any) and try and work out whether the magazine has a pattern or a solid structure it heavily relies on.
So many magazines rely on a basic layout they create themselves and they usually stick to it - except in some parts it is completely not used. I find it really interesting how this system works and it's something I want to explore deeper - especially as my increase in passion for editorial magazines increases, I think it would be beneficial in the long run.
