Studio Brief 01 - Behance and social media

Instagram

Although I do not have a design account for Instagram I do post a lot of my work there as I find it is just a way of expressing myself for the most part. I feel I don't necessarily need one as most of my work is personal and roots from my general interests.

I often update my "Instagram Stories" to show the process of daily life as a designer, showcasing my work and the journey it goes through - especially when a project is coming to an end and the final product comes together.

I often also share a random thought or quote, but present it in an artistic way to keep myself feeling motivated. I find this a refreshing exercise that helps boast my creativity.

Behance

This year I have learnt it is really important how you display your work across professional platforms. The way that things can be posted on Instagram or Twitter feels much more casual. However, on Behance there is a slight different aesthetic that is expected as it is basically an online portfolio and work needs to be displayed well.
